Our farmhouse is peacefully situated on a sunny plateau in Laion, the gateway to Val Gardena. Nestled in the picturesque South Tyrolean countryside, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding forests, meadows and the majestic Dolomites.
Its central location makes it an ideal starting point for your holiday adventures. In just a few minutes by car you can reach Val Gardena with its world-famous ski resorts and hiking trails. The Alpe di Siusi and the cultural town of Chiusa are also within easy reach.
Thanks to the proximity of public transport and the Mobil Card, you can leave your car behind and explore the region in a sustainable way. Away from the hustle and bustle, the farmhouse is an oasis of peace, inviting you to relax and enjoy the tranquillity.

How to get there

Ba car
The Oberbuchfelder Hof is easily reached from the Brenner motorway (A22). Take the Chiusa/Klausen exit and follow the signs for Val Gardena. After about 4 km turn off at Laion Ried and follow the road until you reach the farm.

By train
The nearest railway station is Ponte Gardena/Waidbruck, which is well connected to the main cities of Italy and Europe. From there you can reach Laion by taxi or public transport.

By public transport
Regular bus services connect Bolzano and Bressanone with Laion and the surrounding villages. The nearest bus stop is a short walk from the farmhouse.
