Herb Walk - FRIDAYS

Starting from the village square, we set off with Diego, our guide, along the Mitterweg path. Passing the Cultural Centre, the path leads us through lush meadows to Tanurza. We pass through small woods with brooks and a mini-Kneipp facility before climbing gently to Tanurza at 1,182 metres. From Tanurza we follow the Poststeig (marked P) back to Laion. Along the way, nature and landscape guide and herb expert Diego Deiana will introduce us to the basics of herbal knowledge. Throughout the walk we will discover different plants, learn about their healing properties and explore their use in the kitchen.
